Indemnification and Terms

1.According to the rules of Singapore custom, every personal parcel that value above S$400 will be charged 7% of GST fees.

2.Certain products have to getting relevant permits before arrive Singapore, customers have to apply the related permits to related departments by their own. Like inflammable and explosive materials (Fireworks, fuels, nail polish, battery, hair spray, alcohol products), Drugs and tobacco (including electronic cigarettes), animal & animal samples, fruits and vegetable, seeds, raw food and meats, weapons, CDs, expensive jewellery (diamond, gold bar), powders, and other items might cause pollution like magnetic or radioactive products. Detailed Explanations

1.About payment:

How do we charged as below: First 1 kg is S$6.5/kg, the following 500g will be charged S$2.5/kg.

E.g: If the total weight of parcel is 5.5kg,the courier fee will be:6.5x1+2.5x9=29

2.About the weight:

We will measure both gross and volumetric weight, and take the bigger value. How to calculate volumetric weight: Length x Width x Height(cm)/6000.

E.g: If your parcel gross weight is 2.5kg but volumetric weight is 3, we will charged base on 3kg.

3. About Dispatch:

We had three way of dispatch: Self-collection, Home delivery and MRT self-collection.

a) Self-collection: Customer need to come down to our office which located at Paya Lebar, customers who select self-collection will receive 10% offer.

b）Home delivery: Our customer service representative will contact you one day in advance to schedule the delivery time with customer. If delivery unsuccessfully due to the customer personal reason, we will charge S$10 for the second time delivery.

c） MRT Collection: Every day we will arrange one routine for delivery as below:

4.About return goods in China:

We will assist the customer to return the goods to the seller, but customer have to pay for the delivery fee. There are only Shun Feng and Shen Tong as default courier service.

5.About goods check up:

We will be open up the parcel to check upon your request as below:

We will not response for other damages other than these.
